I am very active. I train CrossFit 6 days a week. I lift competitively on the weekends when I can. I am also a runner. I am passionate about taking care of my body. I work hard to love the body that I'm in.
I work in an office, I'm on my feet all day long and I'm usually running around trying to get some serious work done.
